In 2009 there were 2839 properties sold at an average price of $256,687. The average sold DOM was 117.

In 2010 there were 3451 properties sold at an average price of $264,850. The average sold DOM was 119.

Based on the above statistics the average sold property price in 2010 was up 3.2% from 2009. The number of properties sold in 2010 was up 21. 6% from the number sold in 2009. The average sold DOM in 2010 had increased by 1.7% as compared to 2009.
