I'll Champion for You Through Closing
Escrow When you're closing on your new house, an escrow holder is used to make sure the transaction will close correctly and on time. When money is held by a third party in a transaction between a buyer and a seller, it's in escrow. For example, in an online purchase, PayPal is the neutral third party that obtains the buyer's funds, and then disburses the money to the seller.
The escrow company makes sure that the terms and conditions of the agreement between the seller and buyer are completed prior to the sale being finalized.
