In 2006 there were 7 properties sold at an average price of $747,157. The average sold DOM was 66.

In 2007 there were 8 properties sold at an average price of $859,578. The average sold DOM was 70.

In 2008 there were 10 properties sold at an average price of $592,857. The average sold DOM was 64.

In 2009 there were 6 properties sold at an average price of $519,166. The average sold DOM was 238.

In 2010 there were 6 properties sold at an average price of $429,150. The average sold DOM was 52.

Based on the above statistics the average sold property prices continue to fall. The number of properties sold have fluctuated between 6 to 10. The average sold DOM is at a 5 year low.

Additionally here are the statistics for the entire MLS area:

In 2006 there were 1774 properties sold at an average price of $281,993. The average sold DOM was 53.

In 2007 there were 1338 properties sold at an average price of $322.795. The average sold DOM was 74.

In 2008 there were 920 properties sold at an average price of $304,686. The average sold DOM was 103.

In 2009 there were 805 properties sold at an average price of $260,865. The average sold DOM was 116.

In 2010 there were 1015 properties sold at an average price of $262,696. The average sold DOM was 105.

Based on the above statistics the average sold property price in 2010 is rebounding from the 2009 low. The number of properties sold in 2010 was also up from the 2009 low. The average sold DOM in 2010 is declining from the 2009 high.
